I am a juggler and movement maker creating performance works that seek to impart a sense

of catharsis and presence, both in themselves, and in their relationship to the environment

around them.

Within my work with juggling, movement and dance are integral as throwing and catching -

playing with the consistent swirl of the subject / object relationship as I guide the juggling

balls - releasing them and in turn responding to them as they return from their peak. By

cultivating the poetics of this interaction and embracing the vulnerability and constant

chance of failure inherent in juggling I seek to share with my audience a transcendence of

the success and failure polarities so often perceived in traditional circus skill, and so often

perceived in everyday life.

I am inspired by quiet moments between, the empty space that connects and supports us all,

and the profound inherent depth possible in every moment. I seek to bring this awareness

and possibility into my juggling and movement and to share my passion for juggling with

every audience, hoping to inspire them within their own lives, and give them space to relax,

be present, and observe.
